Advantages of TPE material:

1. Easy processing, no vulcanization, significant increase in production efficiency and short molding cycle.

2. It can be recycled without loss and reduce the manufacturing cost. It is an ideal material to replace rubber and silica gel.

3. The property is relatively stable, with good temperature resistance (service temperature range - 50-100 ℃), aging resistance, chemical resistance and solvent resistance.

4. TPE material does not introduce metal and phthalate plasticizer in the production process. It complies with ROHS, reach, PAHs and environmental protection testing. It is a material to replace PVC.

5. Energy saving. Most thermoplastic elastomers do not need vulcanization or vulcanization time is very short, which can save energy.
